Alan Ladd Kuhn Alan Ladd Kuhn, 61 of Gallipolis, finished his work here on earth and started his new service in heaven on Wednesday November 29th surrounded by grace, mercy, and many loved ones by his side. Alan was always in a hurry to accomplish his tasks, including sharing about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Alan’s last eight months were filled with many joys and trials that only led us all closer to God. Alan is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Cynde (Pope) Kuhn, daughter Jody and son-in-law Danny Morgan; grandchildren Jorja Rae and Boone Alan Morgan; brothers Charles Kuhn and Bill (Marilyn) Kuhn; sister-in-law Tande (Jim) Rose and Amy (Stoney) Johnson; brother-in-law Chad (Deanna) Pope and many special nieces and nephews and an abundance of friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Vernon and Hazel Kuhn; two sisters Marybelle Kuhn and Donna (Kuhn) Halley; a brother Rex Kuhn; and in-laws Donovan and Leota Pope. Alan lived a blessed life of sharing his hard work ethic and wisdom with others. He was able to leave his mark on many special people in his life. Friends may come to Rodney Church of Light located at 6611 State Route 588 in Rodney OH, on Sunday December 3rd from 2:00pm-5:00pm to celebrate his journey. A private burial will take place for the family to commemorate Alan’s life here on earth.
