Alvin Eugene "Casey" Boster

Alvin Eugene “Casey” Boster, 85, of Crown City, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at Abbyshire Place. He was born July 13, 1928 in Ohio Township, Gallia County, Ohio, son of the late Roy and Elizabeth Layne Boster. Casey was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy. He loved working on his lawn mowers and playing his guitars. Surviving are his nieces and nephews and his special friend, Betty Robinson. In addition to his parents, Casey was preceded in death by his sisters, Vivian Boster, Georgia Markins, Geneva Sheets, and two brothers Kenneth C. Boster and Carroll Dale Boster. Services will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, April 21, 2014 at the Willis Funeral Home with Rev. Pat Henson officiating. Burial will follow in Kings Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12:00 noon – 1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
