Anthony "Tony" W. Remy

Anthony W. “Tony” Remy, 53, of Crown City, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 16, 2015. He was born on November 18, 1961 in Gallipolis, Ohio, son of the late Dorothea Pearl Remy. Tony was an employee of The Ohio Valley Bank for 18 years. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Rosemary “Jo” Remy, two sons Anthony C. Remy (Stacie), and Phillip M. Remy (Ashley), and a daughter Jessi R. Remy (Tony); seven grandchildren, Elora Remy, Bailey Rice, Tyler Remy, Chase Remy, Hailey Remy, Landon Sturgeon and Madison Mash; sisters, Deborah Bradshaw and Peggy Mount; brothers, William A. Remy and Robert L. Remy; father-in-law, Ronald White; mother-in-law, Jenny Henry; two sisters-in-law, Tanja Thomas and Donna Tatrai; several nieces, nephews and cousins; special friends, Lindsey Bancer and Randy Holley. He was preceded in death by his mother Dorothea Pearl Remy, brother Walter R. “Bo” Bradshaw, sister-in-law Becky Gibbs, and several aunts and uncles. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at the Centenary Cemetery. Friends may call at the Willis Funeral Home from 12 – 12:30 p.m. prior to the graveside service. Pallbearers will be Chris Remy, Phillip Remy, Tony Blevins, Randy Holley and David Bates.
