Barbara A. Phillips, 75, of Rodney, passed away on February 12, 2007 at the Holzer Medical Center. She was born April 29, 1931 at Hume, Missouri to the late Rufus and Bertha Hanna. She was married to Jerry Phillips on September 24, 1952 in Gallipolis and he survives her.She was a homemaker and a member of Rodney Pike Church of God. Surviving is her husband, Jerry Phillips of Rodney; two daughters, Sharon Mark Crawford of Bonita Springs, FL and Connie Tom Donthnier of Vandalia, OH; two granddaughters, Jenny Foley and Melanie Gurley; two great granddaughters, Jennifer Wendling and Destiny Gurley; and four brothers, Walter Dimmie Hanna, Ted Etha Hanna, and Delbert Hanna, all of Gallipolis, and Earl Hanna of Poca, WV. Barbara is preceded in death by her father and mother, one grandchild, Christine Donthnier, one brother, Joseph Hanna and an infant sister. Services will be 11 a.m., Friday, February 16, 2007 at the Willis Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Bynum officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, February 15, 2007 from 6-8 p.m. Pallbearers will be John Watson, Harold Saunders, Haskell Saunders, Harold Hayes, Bob Turner, Harold Heugel, and Ted Hanna.
