Bernidean Danner Diehl

Bernidean Danner Diehl, 91 passed away on May 11, 2017 in Columbus, Ohio. Bernidean was born July 21, 1925 in Harrison Township, Gallia County, Ohio. Daughter of the late Walter L. Danner and Edith Cremeens Danner. Bernidean was an attentive and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved growing beautiful flowers and was an accomplished crafter. Bernidean had a true Christmas Spirit always sending ornaments and at age 91 still making Christmas candy and fudge for her family and friends. She had a great sense of humor and an infectious laugh. Family and friends who know and love her will cherish her memory. In addition to her parents Bernidean was preceded in death by her husband Billy Ray Diehl and sister Donna Danner Wilson. Surviving are her two sons, Robert C. Fridd of Columbus, OH and Dutch (Cindi) Fridd of Asheville, NC. She is survived by five grandchildren Suzanne Fridd Bruestle (Jay) of Pickerington, OH, Lisa Fridd Buckman (Larry), of Colorado Springs, CO, Ryan Fridd (Wendy) of Pickerington, OH, Dr. Joshua Baker of Washington, DC and Samantha Fridd Hunkele (Nick) Fort Benning, GA. Bernidean also had the blessing of nine great grandchildren. Erika, Jacob, Tyler, Larry, Alexis, Ian, Ava, Phillip and Allison and two great great grandchildren Kylie and Madelyn. A graveside memorial will be held on Sunday, July 16th at 2:30pm at Centenary Cemetery.
