Betty Ruth Taylor

Betty Ruth Taylor, 80, of Patriot, Ohio passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2005 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Huntington, WV. She was born on November 23, 1925 in Pt. Pleasant, WV to the late Homer and Violet Comstock. Surviving are four sons, Carroll Sarita Taylor of Gallipolis, Darrell Bonita Taylor of Patriot, Roger A. Taylor of Carlisle, PA, and Charles E. Taylor of Middleport; four daughters, Freda Thomas of Circleville, Evelyn Denzil Nida of Union City, TN, Karen Fred Wray of Crown City and Lisa Daniel Masters of Patriot; 23 Grandchildren and 35 Great Grandchildren; one sister Marie McGlaughlin of Pt. Pleasant. She was preceded in death by her husband Harry R. Taylor, Jr. in 1973, a daughter Ruth A. Taylor, son-in-law Willard E. Thomas and by 5 sisters. Services will be 1 PM Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2005 at Willis Funeral Home with Larry Drummond officiating. Burial will be in the Old Mercerville Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday from noon until the services.
