Billie Kay Caldwell

Billie Kay Caldwell, 73, of Crown City, passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at Heartland of Riverview, South Point, Ohio. She was born March 15, 1944 in Gallipolis, daughter of the late William Henry and Clarice K. Saunders Caldwell. Billie was a good friend, volunteer and honorary member of the Crown City Volunteer Fire Department. Surviving are her son, Jay (Nichole) Caldwell of Crown City; one granddaughter, Jaycelyn; a brother Mike Caldwell; a sister, Mary Ann of Wayne County, WV; two half sisters, Katie Mullins and Shirley Price; several nieces, nephews and good friends. Services will be 1:00 p.m., Sunday, August 13, 2017 at the Willis Funeral Home with Rev. Carl Black officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgelawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
