Billy G. McCulty, 77 of Gallipolis, passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at the Arbors at Gallipolis Husband of Judy Erwin McCulty. Services will be on Wednesday April 4, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Willis Funeral Home friends may call at the Funeral Home on Tuesday from 6-8 pm.
