Brenda J. Drummond

Brenda J. Drummond, 67, of Gallipolis, passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2017 at Holzer Medical Center, Jackson, Ohio. She was born February 7, 1950 in Welch, WV, daughter of the late Joe and Gretchen Cloninger Hall. Brenda was married to Darryl Drummond. They have spent 46 years together and he survives her. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses and retired from Walmart. Brenda loved her grandchildren. Surviving are her husband, Darryl Drummond of Gallipolis; a daughter, Connie Reed of Gallipolis; a son, Ray Burton of Gallipolis; a daughter-in-law, Angee Burton of Columbus; six grandchildren, Ashley Burton, Tom Burton, James Burton, Megan Burton, T.J. Reed, and Collin Reed; seven great grandchildren, Emma, Tristan, Darrow, Blaycee, Savannah, Dayne, Thomas; three brothers, Larry Hall, Joe Hall and Davey Hall, all of Youngstown, Ohio; three sisters, Karen Hall and Darlene Burton, both of Youngstown, Ohio and Hazel Schoolcraft of Gallipolis. In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by a son Thomas Burton; a sister, Pearlie Drummond Hall, a brother Eddie Hall, and a grandmother who raised her Pearl Mae Pierce. Services will be 4:00 p.m., Saturday, June 3, 2017 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses with Elder Roy Bickle officiating.
