Carl L. Randolph, 67, of Crown City, Ohio passed away on Monday, August 27, 2018 at his residence. Born on March 25, 1951 in Gallia County, Ohio, Carl was the son of the late Earl and Mildred Smeltzer Randolph. On June 20, 1969, Carl married Paula Kelley Randolph, who survives him in Crown City. After thirty-six years, Carl retired as a Coal Equipment Operator from the Mountaineer Power Plant. He was a graduate of Hannan Trace High School and a member of Providence Missionary Baptist Church. Carl is survived by his wife, Paula Randolph; daughter, Melissa (Mike) Angel of Gallipolis; son, Jeff (Susan) Randolph of Gallipolis; grandchildren, Bryanna (Jesse) Levacy of Crown City, Shyanna (Jeff) Burnett of Gallipolis, and Ryan Randolph of Gallipolis; great grandchildren, Aubrey Levacy, Parker Levacy, and Marshall Burnett; sisters, Dolores Baker, Janet (Larry) Rathburn, and Linda (Clyde) Ward; and brothers, Dale (Diana) Randolph and Roger (Joy) Randolph. In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by his sister, Joy Bayes and brothers, Farrell Randolph, Elmer Randolph, and Tom Randolph.
