Charles A. Hill GALLIPOLIS Charles “Chuck” Hill departed this world unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in Waverly, Ohio. Chuck was born in Gallipolis, Ohio on March 25, 1953 to Bernadine Hill and Arthur Hill. He will be remembered by those around him as a caring, selfless, genuine person who had a big heart. Chuck had the gift of making those around him laugh at his one of a kind sense of humor. He had a love for the great outdoors, music and the drums. He loved to hunt, fish and spend time on his boat. Those who knew him well would say he was always the life of the party. He was always up for a good time and new adventure. He is survived by his mother, Bernadine Hill; his fiancee, Kim Trainer; Sister, Carol (John) Farmer; Brother, David K. Hill; Nephew, Boone Farmer; Niece, Misha McKinney; two sons, Dax (Stephanie) Hill , Dustin (Amanda) Hill; and 8 grandchildren, Macy Hill, Austin Hill, Brady Hill, Kyle Hill, Cade Hill, Ally Hill, Channing Hill, Jordan Lear. Special Condolences to Dawn Houck-Hill, a member of the family for many years. Visitation hours for family and friends 4-6:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 12, 2016 at Willis Funeral Home.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m on Monday, June 13, 2016 with Mike McCleese officiating.
