Charlotte S. Rawlins

Charlotte S. Rawlins, 61, of Bidwell, passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at Overbrook Rehabilitation Center, Middleport, Ohio. She was born November 22, 1955 in Magoffin County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Bill and Dorothy Collinsworth Conley. Charlotte married Charles E. Rawlins and he survives her. In addition to her husband, Charles E. Rawlins, Charlotte is survived by children, Joshua (Christine) Sprouse and Jason (Celena) Sprouse, both of Columbus, and Sherry (Brian) Newman of Bidwell; stepdaughter, Amy Rawlins of Columbus; one granddaughter, Piper Sprouse of Columbus; four brothers, Roger (Etta) Conley of Blacklick, Billy (Roberta) Conley of Columbus, Phillip (Vicki) Conley of Johnstown, Doug (Sheila) Conley of Mt. Vernon; two sisters, Dee Dee (Jeff) Hash of Bidwell, Patty Fletcher of Texas; and several nieces and nephews. Charlotte is preceded in death by her parents, siblings, Jerry Lee Conley, Virginia Conley and Sammy Conley. Willis Funeral Home is assisting the family.
