Cindy L. Fitchpatrick

Cindy L. Fitchpatrick, 66, of Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at her residence.

Born on February 2, 1959 in Franklin County, Ohio, Cindy was the daughter of the late Virgil Charles and Katherine Sarah Ramey Booten.  Cindy graduated from Kyger Creek High School and was a home health aide.

Cindy is survived by her daughter, Misty Baird; son, Delbert Rowdy Russell; grandchildren, Madison Johnson and Michael Baird; brother, Dave (Lorrie) Booten of Cheshire, Ohio; sister, Diane Castino of Jupiter, Florida; and companion, Ronald Russell.  In addition to her parents, Cindy was preceded in death by siblings, Sandra, Linda, Brenda, Ronnie, and Richard and stepson, James Fitchpatrick.

In accordance with Cindy’s wishes, there will be no services.
