David E. Culpepper Jr., 86, of Gallipolis, Ohio died Monday, August 29, 2011 at his residence. He was born on June 3, 1925 in Memphis, TN the son of the late David E. and Mildred Pridmore Culpepper Sr. He was retired from Kaiser Aluminum as an Electronic Tech., a World War II Merchant Marine and a member of the American Legion Lafayette Post 27 Surviving are his daughters; Patty Lee (Zeb) Jones of Gallipolis, Linda Queen of Gallipolis, Ann Mandel of Youngstown, OH and Jeanne Culpepper of Jacksonville, NC. 4 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren; 3 Step-Great Grandchildren, two half-brothers Daniel E. Culpepper of Buffalo, WY and Ralph Culpepper of Cheyenne, WY There will be a memorial Service on Sunday, September 4, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Alfred Holley officiating.
