Debbie F. Hornsby

Debra F. "Debbie" Stover Hornsby, 63, of Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at her residence. Debbie was born on June 3, 1962 in Gallipolis, Ohio, daughter of the late George and Alice Nibert Stover. Debbie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She graduated from Kyger Creek High School and attended Rio Grande College.

Debbie was married to Harvey Hornsby on April 18, 2012; and he survives her in Gallipolis. Debbie is also survived by a daughter, Crystal (Nathan) Cooper of Batavia, Ohio and one grandchild, Axton Smith of Batavia; stepson, Steve (Jackie) Hornsby of Rio Grande; step grandchildren, Levi (Megan) Hornsby of Rio Grande and Mackenzie (Jacob) Bing of Gallipolis; special family members, Robert and Leanna Hornsby of Crown City, Ohio; and a special aunt, Reva Sines of Gallipolis.

The funeral service for Debbie will be 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, located on State Route 160. Visitation will be held prior to the service from noon until the time of the service. Her burial will follow in Rife Cemetery.
