Donald Wayne Syrus

Donald Wayne Syrus, 68, of Gallipolis, passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at his residence. He was born June 22, 1948 in Gallipolis, son of the late Glen H. and Rena R. Smith Syrus. Surviving are his daughter, Julie R. Syrus of Columbus and a son, Tony W. Syrus of Gallipolis; three grandchildren; two brothers, Lowell R. Syrus of Kentucky and Ronald E. (Verna) Syrus of Florida; and his former wife, Sandra J. Syrus of Gallipolis. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Farrell Junior Syrus, Rosie Syrus, Ernie Syrus, Juanita Syrus, Shirley Stonerock and Emmett Syrus. According to Donald’s wishes, there will be no services. Willis Funeral Home is assisting the family.
