Doris A. Mcguire

Doris A. McGuire, 85, of Jackson, Ohio, formerly of Piketon and Chillicothe, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at Holzer Assisted Living in Jackson. Born on December 15, 1933 in Gallia County, Ohio, Doris was the daughter of the late Lee and Opal McCall Fellure. Doris graduated from Gallia Academy High School in the Class of 1952. On April 13, 1952, Doris married Glen McGuire, who survives her in Jackson. Doris and Glen attended Nazarene churches in the areas in which they lived. Doris is survived by her husband, Glen McGuire; son, Ken (Cindy) McGuire of Piketon, Ohio; grandchildren, Angie (Drew) Hays of Greensboro, North Carolina and Matt McGuire of Chillicothe, Ohio; and great granddaughter, Eden McGuire. The Celebration of Life for Doris McGuire will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 25, 2019 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Jeremy Schinkle officiating.
