Edward Lee "Junior" Kirby

Edward Lee “Junior” Kirby, 54, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at his home. Junior was born on October 3, 1964 in Pt. Pleasant, West Virginia, son of the late Edward Lee and Virginia P. Rutan Kirby, Sr. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his three granddaughters, who were the light of his life. Junior also enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking, and anything to do with cars. He is survived by two sons, Edward Lee (Brittany) Kirby, III and Brandon (Megan) Kirby both of Gallipolis; three granddaughters, Alyxandria, Brailee, and Avery Kirby all of Gallipolis; two sisters, Brenda (Charles) Weaver of Gallipolis and Darlene (Steven) Reynolds of Pt. Pleasant, West Virginia; two brothers, Dennis Kirby and Mike (Elizabeth) Kirby both of Gallipolis; and several nieces and nephews. Junior was preceded in death by his parents and by a nephew, Derek Kirby. The funeral service for Junior Kirby will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 22, 2018 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Scott officiating. His burial will follow in Pine Street Cemetery.
