Elizabeth J. “Joy” Woods, 41, of Gallipolis, formerly of Tornado, WV, died on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at Arbors of Gallipolis. She was born August 20, 1971 in Carmi, Illinois, daughter of the late Bernard Sparrow Jr. and Kathleen Reno Cantrell, who survives her. There will be no services. Willis Funeral Home is assisting the family. There will be no services.
