Emma R. Bradford

Emma R. Bradford, 93, of Patriot, Ohio, passed away on Monday, August 18, 2014 at Heartland of Jackson in Jackson, Ohio. She was born on March 30, 1921 in Lawrence County, Ohio, daughter of the late George Norman Goody and Nancy Malone Goody. She worked and retired from Ohio Bell Telephone Company. Emma was a member of Gallia Baptist Church and an honorary life member to the Communication Workers of America. Emma was married to Harold Bradford and he preceded her in death along with siblings Paul J. Goody, Jack Waldon Goody, and Frances Lagaras. She is survived by nieces, nephews, and community friends. Graveside services will be 1:30 pm Monday August 25, 2014 at Gravel Hill Cemetery Cheshire, Ohio with Pastor Cline Rawlins officiating. Willis Funeral Home is in care of arrangements.
