Ethel Parsons

Ethel Parsons, 84, of Columbus, Ohio passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at her son’s home. She was born on February 23, 1931 in Gallia County, Ohio daughter of the late Jeanette Angell Blazer. Ethel was retired from the Xerox Corporation as a computer tape librarian. Ethel was married to Herbert Roy Parsons and he preceded her in death in 1993. She is survived by two sons Randy Parsons and Brad (Julie) Parsons both of Columbus, a daughter Kelly Neal of Columbus, 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, two sisters Gertrude Hill and Ina Faye Lambert both of Columbus. Ethel was preceded in death by her husband, mother, step-father Howard Blazer, sisters InaDelle Fullmer and Juanita Blazer, and a brother Charles Blazer. Services will be 1 pm Wednesday November 25, 2015 at Willis Funeral Home. Her burial will be in Mina Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call on Wednesday at the funeral home from noon until the time of the service.
