Evelyn Small

Evelyn Small, 83, of Crown City, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at her residence. She was born October 31, 1934 in Crown City, Ohio, daughter of the late Sanford L. and Jessie Mae Sims Bills. Evelyn graduated from Mercerville High School as a member of the Class of 1952. On February 20, 1954, Evelyn married Eugene Small in Northup, Ohio; and he survives her. Evelyn was the treasurer/secretary for Small Trucking and a member of Crown City Methodist Church. In addition to her husband, Eugene Small, Evelyn is survived by her son, David (Allison) Small of Gallipolis; two grandchildren, Corey (Haley) Small of Crown City and Lesley Small of Crown City; and one brother, Norman Lee Bills of Crown City, Ohio. The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Dean Warner officiating. Burial will follow in Crown City Cemetery. Friends may call on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. at Willis Funeral Home.
