Faye Eloise Ross

Faye Eloise Ross, 89, of Gallipolis, passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Holzer Senior Care Center. She was born November 20, 1926 in Gallia County, daughter of the late John T. and Emma E. McGuire Waugh. Eloise was married to Russell L. Ross on July 20, 1946 and he preceded her in death on February 22, 1990. She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Russell L. Ross, Eloise was preceded in death by two sisters, Kathryn Chapman and Geraldine Warren and one brother, John Dale Waugh. Services will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 10, 2016 at the Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Todd Bowers officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, September 9, 2016 from 6-8:00 p.m.
