Frances E. Roush, 95, of Gallipolis, passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2006 at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. She was born on October 1, 1910 in Henderson, West Virginia, daughter of the late Christopher C. and Ella Plants Plants. She was married to Austin Roush and he precedes her in death. Frances was a member of Springfield Baptist Church and was a homemaker. Surviving are three daughters, Betty Oliver of Dayton, Barbara Glassburn of Brooksville, Florida, Karen Follmer of St. Petersburg, Florida; five sons, Clarence Sharon Roush and Earl Roush, both of Brooksville, Florida, Gerald Rita Roush, Wayne Roush and Alan Roush, all of Gallipolis; 48 grandchildren; 76 great grandchildren; 29 great great grandchildren; several great great great grandchildren. Frances was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Austin Roush, three sons, Eugene Robinson, Virgil Roush, and Ralph Roush, a granddaughter, Bonnie Roush, five brothers, Archie Plants, Clyde Plants, Gilbert Plants, Clarence Plants, and William Plants, and three sisters, Edith Robinson, Gladys Plants, and Mildred Rippetoe. Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 15, 2006 at the Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Patterson officiating. Burial will follow in Yeauger Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, April 14, 2006 from 6-8 p.m. Pallbearers will be Don Plants, Jarrod Roush, Jeremy Roush, James Roush, Jerry Roush and John Roush.
