Guy “Woody” Ferguson, 73, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Holzer Senior Care. He was born on April 8, 1942 in Johnson County, KY, son of Marvie Brewar and James Ferguson. Woody was a retired truck driver for Foster’s trucking. He is survived by his girlfriend and love of 23 years, Bonnie Anderson of Gallipolis. Also surviving are his daughters, Ruby Cumpton, Tracy Perry both of Gallipolis, Sheela (Willie) Morrison of Catlettsburg, KY, Kim (Butch) Wetz of Cincinnati, and Lynne (Joe) Hoffman of Page, AZ, one sister Shirley (Dave) Asmus and two brothers Richard Meyers and Jimmy (Christine) Meyers, 15 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren, Step children Lisa Church of Coolville, Ohio and Georgie Rogers of Ocean Springs, MS, his Former wife Hazel Cox of Gallipolis. Woody was greeted in Heaven by two sons Johnny Ferguson and Guy Thomas Ferguson, two great grandchildren Vallisha Ferguson and Alea Bailey. A very special thanks to George Holbrook and George Holbrook, Jr. for their life-long love and friendship given to our Dad. Services will be 1 pm, Tuesday March 8, 2016 at Willis Funeral Home.
