Harold E Harmon

Harold E. Harmon, 77, of Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away on Friday, March 6, 2026 at Arbors At Gallipolis. Born December 8, 1948 in Gallipolis, Harold was the son of the late Roy and Shirley Harmon. He married Judy K. (Nibert) Harmon, they were married on June 6, 1969 and they spent 40 years together before her passing on March 25, 2007.

Before retirement, Harold spent many years as a Boilermaker for Local Union #105. He also very much enjoyed bingo, chewing Hubba Bubba bubblegum, coin collecting, and spending time with his pet birds and dogs.

In addition to his parents and wife, Harold was preceded in death by a son, Christopher Harmon, as well as several brothers and sisters. He is survived by his daughter, Kelly D. (Brian) Shriver; granddaughters, Gage (Josh) Dunaway and Grayden (Steven) Hammond; great-grandchildren, Karson Wolf, River, and Nolan; a brother, Roy E. "Duffy" Harmon; a sister, Alice Clagg; as well as special friend, Janie Clarkson.

Graveside services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at Centenary Cemetery.
