Harry Lee Simpkins, 74, of Gallipolis, passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2012 at the Holzer Medical Center. He was born September 20, 1937 in Logan County, West Virginia, son of the late Lewis and Edith Fife Simpkins. He was a self employed general painting contractor. Surviving are one son, Harry L. Simpkins of Abilene, Texas; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. There will be no services. Willis Funeral Home is assisting the family. There will be no visitation or services.
