Ivan A Yoder

Ivan A. Yoder, 40, of 394 Wolf Run Rd., Patriot, OH 45658, died at his home Tuesday, November 29, 2016 around 3:00 p.m., following a 2 year illness. A son of the Abe (deceased) and Fannie Chupp Yoder, who survives, he was born in Wayne County, Ohio on February 15, 1976. He was married to Orpha D. Yoder on November 20, 1997. Ivan was a carpenter. Surviving in addition to his wife are four sons and six daughters, Roman, Melvin, Frieda, Lizzie, Ruth, Eli, Leanna, Danny, Verba, Kathryn, all at home. Also surviving are his mother, six brothers and five sisters. He was preceded in death by his father. Services will be Friday, December 2, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. with Bishop Albert Byler officiating. Burial will be in the Troyer Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, December 1, 2016 from 12:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the family home. Arrangements are by the Willis Funeral Home of Gallipolis, Ohio.
