James William Lewis

James William Lewis, 55, of Crown City, passed away on October 27, 2018 at his residence. He was born March 14, 1963 in Columbus, Ohio, son of the late Wilson Jr. Lewis and Vesta Wills Lewis. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan. He was a truck driver. Surviving are his daughter, Rachael Lewis (Austin Addair) of Crown City and his sons, Stevan Lewis of Gallipolis Ferry, WV, Mathew Lewis and Joseph Lewis; a sister, Kay Wallace of Chesapeake, Ohio; a step sister, Allyson (Jim) Thomas of Rio Grande; two step brothers, Tommy (Janice) Lewis of Crown City and Tim (Cheryl) Lewis of Hilliard. Preceding him in death were his parents and a step brother William Richard Lewis. There will be a private graveside service at Providence Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
