James T. Mink

James T. Mink 76, of Orient, Ohio passed away on Monday, April 20, 2015 at the Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. He was born April 5, 1939 in Gallia County Ohio, son of the late Delmas D. and Phyllis F. Houck Mink. He was married to Sheila Jeffers Mink on May 6, 1961 and she survives. James was a retired electrician at C.O.P.H. and was a U.S. Army veteran. He loved his family and trucks. Surviving are his wife Sheila Mink of Orient, Ohio, one son Scott (Jenifer) Mink of Delaware, Ohio, two grandsons Travis and Sean both of Delaware, Ohio, three sisters, Bonita Mink, Beverly (Hobart) Wilson Jr., and Barbara (Charles) Sisson all of Gallipolis. Sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Lida Green of Patriot, Norris (Maxine) Jeffers of Hilliard, John Jeffers of Lake Wales, FL, and Mary (Larry) Burcham of Gallipolis, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents James was preceded in death by a sister Joyce in 1960. Services will be 1:00 PM Friday, April 24, 2015, at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Voss officiating. Burial will follow at the Mound Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 – 8 pm on Thursday April 23, 2015 at the funeral home..
