Janet B. Henderson

Janet B. Henderson, of Gallipolis, passed away on February 4, 2019 at Lynchburg General Hospital in Lynchburg, Virginia. Born on November 19, 1939 in Vinton County, Ohio, Jan was the daughter of the late Boyd and Sybil Salts Bobo. On September 12, 1959, Jan married Fred Henderson, who preceded her in death on October 25, 2010. Jan retired from the Auditor’s Office in the Gallia County Court House. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Gallipolis. Jan is survived by her daughter, Joy (Greg) Eutsler of Forest, Virginia; grandson, Jack (Skyler) Eutsler of Forest, Virginia; sister, Doris (Andrew) Adelman of McArthur, Ohio; brother-in-law, Elmer (Dolly) Henderson; sister-in-law, Mary Kruger; brother-in-law, Creighton Williams; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Fred, Jan was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Joanne Williams and brother-in-law, Raymond Kruger. A graveside service for Jan Henderson will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 8, 2019 in Elk Cemetery, McArthur, Ohio with Pastor Aaron Young officiating.
