Janice Cook

Janice Cook, 73, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at the Holzer Medical Center. She was born on August 29, 1943 in Inez, Kentucky, daughter of the late Elsie and Elkie Mae Preston. Janice was married to Henry Phillip Cook for 60 years and he survives. Janice is also survived by three daughters Debbie McAllister, Teresa Dovenbarger, and Cheree Hunt all of Gallipolis, two sons Phillip Junior Cook and James Russell (Clovia) Cook both of Gallipolis, a son-in-law James “Moe” Siders of Gallipolis, 9 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren. Janice was preceded in death by a daughter Inis Irene Siders and by a brother Julius Preston and a sister Eunice Fitchpatrick. Funeral services will be 1 pm Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at Willis Funeral Home. Her burial will follow in the Centenary Cemetery.
