Jimmie Franklin Sheets

Jimmie Franklin Sheets, 78, of Mercerville, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at the St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, WV. Jimmie was born on July 27, 1938 in Gallia County, Ohio son of the late Lewis M. and Bessie I. Barry Sheets. He was retired from the Ohio Valley Supermarkets. He was married to Geraldine Small Sheets on July 26, 1958 and she survives him along with three daughters, Pam (Junior) Canaday of Crown City, Kim Berridge of Powell, Ohio and Tabby (Billy) Swain of Crown City; one son Len Sheets of Wynnewood, PA; 7 Grandchildren Jordan (Tiffany) Shaffer, Chelsea (Josh) Lyall, Chris Berridge, Rachel Berridge, Hailee Swain, Chandra Canaday, and Ethan Swain, 3 great grandchildren Lane and Luke Shaffer, and Hudson Lyall, one brother Donald L. (Nancy) Sheets of Bidwell, a niece Cindy (Tim) Green and a host of extended family members. Services will be 11 am Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Dean Warner officiating.
