Joanne B. Thacker, 78 Gallipolis, Ohio, died Friday, October 31, 2014 At the Holzer Assisted Living. She is survived by her husband Robert E. Thacker Services will be on Monday November 3, 2014 AT 2:00 PM at the Willis Funeral Home under the direction of Pastor Cline McCallister. friends may call from 1:00 until the time of services on Monday. Burial will follow at the Wheelersburgh Memorial Cemetery.
