John F. Johnson, “JJ”, 50 of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Friday, December 29, 2017 at the Holzer Medical Center. John was born on November 15, 1967 and was a roofer. He was an Ohio State Buckeyes fan and loved cars. He is survived by his wife Shana Johnson, two sons, J-Jay F. (Aubree) Johnson of Gallipolis and Austin Johnson of Gallipolis, two grandchildren, Oakley and Jersey Johnson. Other survivors include his in-laws, Paula and David Valentine of Gallipolis, Brother-in-law Jesse (Renie) Gardner of Gallipolis, sister-in-law Courtney Valentine, grandma Carolyn Johnson. John was preceded in death by his grandma Marjorie Bell Johnson who raised him. In accordance with his wishes private services will be observed.
