Joseph "Joey" William Angelo

Joseph “Joey” William Angelo, 24, of Guthrie, Oklahoma, passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2017. He was born May 27, 1992 in Gallipolis, son of Amy Walters-Palmer and Tony Angelo, who survive him. Joey was a Dominos Pizza employee. He liked to play basketball and going to Tech 9 concerts, his favorite rapper. Surviving are his parents, Amy Yvonne Walters-Palmer (Wayne Sweeney) of Vinton and Tony Angelo; a daughter, Brielle; two brothers, Michael Angelo of Oklahoma and David Mullins of Vinton; a niece, Hensley Murray; his grandmother, Yvonne Walters of Logan; his grandfather, Steve Walters of Gallipolis; and an uncle, Tadd (Debbie) Walters of Logan. Preceding Joey in death was his uncle Stephen Walters II. Services will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, April 13, 2017 at the Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Heath Jenkins officiating. Burial will follow in Centenary Cemetery. Friends may call from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
