Justein A. Dail, 21, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Friday, January 4, 2019 in Gallia County. Born March 20, 1997 in Gallipolis, Ohio, Justein was the daughter of Shawn Dail, who survives her in Point Pleasant, West Virginia and Micah Conley, who survives her in Gallipolis. Justein is survived by her father, Shawn (Machardy) Dail; mother, Micah Conley; sisters, Jayla (Irah) Jarrell of Gallipolis and Jamiee Conley of Gallipolis; brothers, Jessie Conley of Gallipolis and Johnathon Dail of Point Pleasant; step brother, Randy Pendleton of Point Pleasant; step sister, Savannah Pendleton of Point Pleasant; maternal grandmother, Cissy Conley of Gallipolis; and several nieces and nephews.
