Justine Neal

Justine Neal, 97, of Gallipolis, passed away on Sunday, November 12, 2017 at Cornerstone Hospital of Huntington. She was born November 29, 1919 in Gallia County, daughter of the late Alva and Veva Waugh. She was a homemaker, who enjoyed gospel music, gardening and flowers. Surviving are her son, Roger (Donna) Neal of Gallipolis; three grandchildren, Shawnda (Greg) Washington and Russ (Rhonda) Neal, both of Gallipolis, Rob (Megan) Neal of Northup; five great grandchildren, Mason and Cole Washington, Sophie and Lilly Neal and McKenzie Newberry; special friends and caregivers, Rosemary Johnson and Sharon Siders. In addition to her parents, Justine was preceded in death by her husband, James Franklin “Jim” Neal, a daughter, Sharon Martin, a grandson, Roger Bradley Neal, a sister, Arbeautis Walburn and a brother, Calvin Waugh. Services will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, November 16, 2017 at the Willis Funeral Home with Pastor David Washington officiating. Burial will follow at Swan Creek Cemetery. Friends may call from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
