Kasandra Beth Jay, daughter of Jeremy Lee and Katie S. Bailes Jay, was stillborn on Friday, May 5, 2006 at the St. Francis Women’s and Family Hospital in Greenville, South Carolina. Surviving in addition to her parents, Jeremy and Katie Jay are maternal grandparents, Jack and Mary Bailes of Gallipolis; paternal grandparents, Gary and Linda Jay of Gahanna, Ohio; maternal great grandmother, Alberta Thornton of Gallipolis; paternal great grandfathers, Harold Jay of Bexley, Ohio and Charles Reed of Portsmouth, Ohio; aunts, Courtney Christopher Wasch of Gallipolis and Jennifer Jay of Gahanna, Ohio. She was preceded in death by great grandparents, James E. and Hilda Bailes, Thomas Thornton, Florence Jay and Dortha Reed.
