Kendall L. Mullins, 71, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Monday, June 29, 2026 at Four Winds Community in Jackson, Ohio. Kendall was born on May 16, 1955 in Gallipolis, Ohio, son of the late Mark and Audrey E. Wallace Mullins.

Kendall was a self-employed carpenter, electrician, and woodworker. He was a graduate of Hannan Trace High School and was a lover of music, playing with many bands along the way, including The Mullins Brother Band.

In addition to his parents, Kendall was preceded in death by his long time companion, Debbie Clary and brothers, Eddie, Dewey, Randall, and Howard Mullins. He is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Talarigo (Matt Willis) of Gallipolis, Ohio; grandchildren, Brode Mullins, Mia Talarigo, and Luciano Talarigo; stepson, Gabe Bevan of Gallipolis; step-grandchildren, Alexis Bevan and Jack Bevan; brother, Lyndall (Barbara) Mullins of Columbus, Ohio; sisters-in-law, Kathy Mullins of Middleport, Ohio and Nancy Mullins of Piketon, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be announced later by his family.
