Kenneth R. Birchfield

Kenneth R. Birchfield, 70, of Patriot, passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at the Holzer Medical Center Emergency Room. He was born November 12, 1942 in Gallia County, son of the late John Birchfield and Edna Phillips McClaskey. Kenneth was a truck driver for C.C. Caldwell Trucking. Surviving are his daughter, Mary Birchfield of Gallipolis; three sons, Richard Birchfield, John Birchfield and Jamie (Heidi) Birchfield, all of Gallipolis; two granddaughters, Gracie Lynn and Victoria Madison Birchfield; two brothers, Wayne (Diana) McClaskey of Patriot and Bobby Burnheimer of Gallipolis; two sisters, Gail and Ruth Ann of Gallipolis. A graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2013 at the Dickey Chapel Cemetery with Rev. James Hall officiating. Burial will follow. There will be no calling hours. Willis Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. There will be no visitation.
