Leon Dean Queen

Leon Dean Queen, 38, of Gallipolis, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at his residence. He was born March 9, 1977 in Gallipolis, son of Leon and Angela Beck Queen. Dean attended First Church of God and was a construction foreman and truck driver. He enjoyed his kids and family, hunting, cars, and enjoyed riding his Harley. Surviving are his fiancé, Racheal Castille of Gallipolis; his son and daughter, Levi Queen and Carrissa Queen of Gallipolis; son, Kevin Perkins of Gallipolis; parents, Leon and Angela Queen of Gallipolis; sister, Jennifer (Marlin) Griffin of Bidwell; brother, Jesse (Kristi) Queen of Gallipolis; grandmother, Doris Beck of Gallipolis; special friend, Bubba Barry of Thurman; several nieces and nephews and other family members. Dean was preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank and Clara Queen and Les Beck. Services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 23, 2015 at First Church of God with Pastor Paul Voss officiating. Burial will follow at Mina Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call at the Willis Funeral Home on Friday, May 22, 2015 from 6-8:00 p.m.
