Leslie James Mccombs

Leslie James McCombs, 48, of Crown City passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Tuesday, June 26, 2018. Leslie was born on September 9, 1969 in Gallipolis, Ohio son of the late Brenda Gilbert McCombs and Lonnie McCombs who survives him. He had worked for Superior Marine in South Point, Ohio. Leslie was a devoted follower of Native traditions. In addition to his father, Lonnie, Leslie is survived by his wife, Paula McCombs, two sons, Leslie Eugene McCombs and Aryan (Nikki) McCombs; two daughters Indigo Lynn McCombs and Nadaway McCombs; grandchildren, Sunshine McCombs and Conan Breh; brothers, Lonnie McCombs, Jr. and Ronnie Phillips, Jr., and a sister Robyn Slaven; three step daughters, Victoria Adkins, Brittnay Helms and Alice Lucas and 10 step grandchildren, as well as a host of family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother Brenda, a sister Kathy Ward, his niece Krystal Ward and nephew Jeffery Ward, Jr. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday, July 1, 2018 from 2- 4 pm at Willis Funeral Home.
