Margaret 'Margie' Bays Reynolds

Margaret Margie Bays Reynolds, 73, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at the Holzer Medical Center. She was born on May 1, 1937 in Gallia County, the daughter of the late Andrew D. and Della R. (Barry) Bays. She retired from the Gallipolis Developmental Center as a L.P.N. after working many years. After her retirement she enjoyed helping family and friends; loving and enjoying all her nieces and nephews who were so influenced by her amazing love. Margie attended the Fellowship Baptist Church and enjoyed working out at the Sycamore Clinic. Margie was married to Verl D. Reynolds and he preceded her in death in 1982. She was also preceded in death by her parents, twin brothers, John and Williams Bays, brothers Charles Bays and Jim Bays, sisters Kathleen Strait, Magdalene Randolph and Clara Shaver, a niece Christy Halley and a nephew Steven Bays. She is survived by a brother Homer (Mary) Bays and a sister-in-law Sue Bays both of Gallipolis and by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 1 pm Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at Willis Funeral Home with Rev. Alfred Holley officiating. Burial will follow in the Mound Hill Cemetery.
