Mark Anthony Gibson

Mark Anthony Gibson, 61, of Gallipolis passed away on Tuesday, August 08, 2017 in the Adena Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio. He was born on December 13, 1955 in Huntington, West Virginia, son of the late Lloyd Willis Gibson and Peggy Leadmon Gibson who survives him. Mark was an over the road truck driver and a graduate of Hurricane High School Mark is survived by his wife Emma Thomas Gibson of Gallipolis, one son Mark Allen Gibson of Gallipolis, a daughter, Cindy (Ian) Howe of Rochester, NY, two grandchildren, Etta and Connor Howe, his mother Peggy Gibson of Hurricane, and two sisters, Luann (F.D) Searls and Lisa (Steven) Brooks both of Hurricane, WV. Funeral services will be 2 pm Friday, August 11, 2017 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Kilburn officiating. His burial will follow in the Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. Friends may call on Friday from noon until 1:45 prior the service.
