Mary M. Birchfield

Mary M. Birchield, 64, of Gallipolis passed away on July 7, 2017 at the Holzer Medical Center. She was born June 18, 1953 in Columbus, Ohio, daughter of Donald Woodie and the late Maxine Roush Woodie. Mary married Kenneth Birchfield and he preceded her in death. In addition to her mother and husband, Mary was preceded in death by a sister, Vickie Johnson. Surviving are her children, Richard Birchfield, Mary F. Birchfield, John Birchfield, and James (Heidi) Birchfield, all of Gallipolis; three grandchildren, Madison and Michelle Birchfield and Gracie Birchfield; her father, Donald Woodie of Gallipolis; brothers, Allen Woodie of Gallipolis and James (Crystal) Woodie of Addison; a sister, Ann (Lee) Burnem of Langsville; and several nieces and nephews. Services are private and the Willis Funeral Home is assisting the family.
