Mary L. Hayman

Mary L. Hayman, 73, of Gallipolis, passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at the Holzer Senior Care Center. She was born January 28, 1943 in Gallia County, Ohio, daughter of the late Eddie M. and Helena M. Dye Watts. She attended Kyger Creek High School and was a graduate of Preston’s Beauty Academy. Mary was a waitress at Christy Ann’s. She was married to Archie A. Hayman, who preceded her in death. She attended Addison Freewill Baptist Church. Mary enjoyed flowers and pets. Surviving are one sister, Shirley (Charles) Martin and one brother, Tom (Debbie) Watts, all of Gallipolis; nieces and nephews, Kelly (Tom) Morgan, Andrea (Michael) Prater, Paige (Matthew) Huck, Chris (Ashley) Watts, and Carey (Denise) Martin. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 8, 2017 at the Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Barcus officiating. Burial will follow in Mound Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. prior to the funeral. Pallbearers will be Tom Watts, Chris Watts, Matthew Huck, Charles Martin, Carey Martin, Tom Morgan and Honorary Pallbearer will be Andrew Huck.
