Mary Eloise Ratliff

Mary Eloise Ratliff, 93, of Huntsville, Alabama, formerly of Gallia County and Ona, West Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at her residence in Alabama. Born on October 11, 1925 in Gallia County, Ohio, Eloise was the daughter of the late Charles and Byrd Nowlin Roach. Eloise is survived by her daughter, Kathy (John) Savage of Huntsville, Alabama; son, Alvin Ratliff (Shanise) of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; grandchildren, Nick Savage and Gabrielle Mitchell; and great granddaughters, Ellie Savage and Daisy Mitchell. In addition to her parents, Eloise was preceded in death by her sisters, Nora E. Williams, Ethel Murphy, Alice Kelly, and Dortha McCune and her brothers, Paul Roach, Hollis Roach, Charles Roach, and Dale Roach.
