Mary J Russell

Mary J. Russell, 67, of Bidwell, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. She was born on September 10, 1947 in Gallia County, daughter of the late Rudy W. and Mabel A. McGuire Beaver. Mary was the loving wife of Paul E. Russell for 51 years and loving mother of Kenny (Dena) Russell of Fayetteville, NC and Paula Sieradzki (Steve) of Westerville, Ohio, grandchildren Lacy, David, Evan, Allie and Trevor, sisters Carolyn Kingery, of Gallipolis, Sandra (James) Kapp of West Columbia, WV, Sharon Pickens of Pt. Pleasant, WV, Beverly Byus of Gallipolis, and Marsha (David) Hindy of Pt. Pleasant, WV, a brother Carl (Kay) Beaver of Gallipolis, and a sister-in-law Kim Beaver of Gallipolis, and several nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, and by a brother Larry Beaver. Private family graveside services were held on Sunday, August 23, 2015 in Ridgelawn Cemetery with Pastor Carl Ward officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to one’s favorite charity or to the Gallia County Animal Shelter in Mary’s memory to honor her loyal companion “Lady”, 186 Shawnee Lane Gallipolis, OH 45631.
