Maxine Boggs

Maxine Boggs, 93, of Florida, formerly of Gallipolis, passed away on February 5, 2017 in Florida. She was born June 9, 1923 in Gallipolis, daughter of the late Ira and Addie Rose Shato. Maxine was married to James L. Boggs and he preceded her in death on February 5, 2004. Surviving are grandchildren, Shari (David ) Sheets of Plant City, Florida and Shad Moll of New Smyrna Beach, Florida; great grandchildren, Dakota, Caitlyn, Carlie, Ashe and Athena. In addition to her parents and husband, James Boggs, Maxine was preceded in death by a daughter, Jacquelin Moll, one grandson, Stephen, sisters, Ethel Roush, Eunice Brooks, Faye Wright and brothers, Paul, Mark, Jim, Henry, Raymond and Fred Shato. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at Vinton Memorial Park with Bob Powell officiating. Willis Funeral Home is assisting the family.
